If you’re a very heavy snorer then your relationship may be in danger. Too many times, snorers either ignore the effect their problem has on others. Some snoring has been measured as having the same effect as live machinery in the bedroom. Next is way harder for some folks I guess. And that is to give up smoking if you can. Smoking damages the linings of the throat and airways. At the very least it causes them to become inflamed making the soft tissue more susceptible to snoring.

This final one affects many of us, and that is being overweight. When you’re overweight, not even necessarily obese, you have much more flesh around your jowls and neck. Again this adds pressure when you’re lying down asleep. So get trim again.
