Which One is Better For You – Wireless Or Wired Network?

In many times, when someone tries to install a computer network in his office or home, ask me! Which one is better – wireless or wired network?

Actually, there is no one of them better than other. Every type of them has points of weakness and strength and has it use. Sometimes you are enforced to use ascertain type.

Strength points of wired network:

This type is reinforced the strong of signal whatever the area between computer and router is far because of the existence of the repeater. The case of network is stabled and it is easy to discover the failures and its solutions.

The wired network is easy so as to any one without any experience in this field can install and maintain the network. So, it is favor to the small business and small network owners.

The weakness points of wired network:

The weakness points lies in the connecting a lot of computers in network in small area. In this case, there is need to arranging the cables and put it the walls using two methods: one of them holing in the wall and that increase the cost. There is also an increased cost in case of using a lot of cables and repeaters. That happens in case the distance among computers a long.

Strength points of wireless network:

Firstly, there is no need for cables automatically and that decrease the cost and cancelling the holing of walls. Also the repeater couldn’t used in the wireless network.

Weakness points of wireless networks:

The signals of wireless networks face a lot of interferences which reduce the strength of the signal. The cost is increased because you need to the receiver attached to every computer.

Conclusion:

By the experience, the wired networks are good in case of tight budget and wireless networks are good because of the flexibility of mobility.

The wireless networks is desired in case of home network.
